We’re looking for a Veterinary Call Center Representative to join our warm and energetic team at The Animal Doctors of Buena Park, part of The Animal Doctors of Orange County. As the friendly face at our front desk, you’ll be the first to welcome pet parents and their furry companions—and the friendly voice on the phone that makes their day easier. This role is based at our Buena Park hospital—a place where our team feels like family and we truly care about the work we do. What You’ll Be Doing: • Welcoming clients and cuddly patients with genuine warmth and professionalism • Answering calls, scheduling appointments, and managing our (busy but rewarding!) calendar • Guiding clients through services, procedures, and general pet care questions • Handling payments and maintaining accurate records with care • Keeping patient files organized, confidential, and up to date • Creating a clean, calm, and comforting reception space • Supporting pet parents with education and kindness, every step of the way What We’re Looking For: • Afternoon shift availability (anytime between 11am to 9 PM) • 2+ years of experience as a veterinary receptionist or in a similar customer care role • Confidence with multi-tasking and staying organized in a fast-paced environment • Comfort with veterinary software and general office tools • Excellent communication skills—you’re a natural with people and a team player • Most importantly, a kind heart and true love for animals Why You’ll Love Working With Us: ✨ Supportive team that treats each other like family ✨ Opportunity to grow as we grow ✨ A place where your love for animals and people really matters ✨ Bonus structures available Ready to join the team?
