Skills: • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effectively engaging with clients and internal stakeholders. • Ability to confidently handle objections from multiple perspectives and stakeholders across your accounts • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. • Technical acumen to grasp and communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders, resulting in stronger collaboration and the ability to influence action. • Conduct regular, data-focused account reviews that are rooted in driving customer outcomes and resolving customer issues ahead of renewal. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, organizational changes and feedback, while using this data to improve future strategies. • Stay updated on Thanx product developments and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support and advice to customers. • Escalate issues to drive resolution in a timely, proactive manner. Requirements • 3+ years with account management experience in complex SaaS software • Demonstrated expertise in client retention strategies, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and long-term partnership development. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to be an outstanding team player. • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce and/or Catalyst an asset) Compensation Range: $85,000 - $95,000 Leveling & Location: Thanx uses structured internal levelling and location-based compensation. Final levelling and compensation are determined through the interview process based on experience, scope, and work location, and any offer will align to the appropriate range. What You'll Do: • Contribute to product strategy and roadmap development for key platform capabilities, working closely with engineering and design teams to deliver customer-centric solutions. • Lead cross-functional product development from ideation through launch, writing detailed PRDs and user stories that translate customer needs into technical requirements. • Partner with customer success, sales, and marketing teams to gather customer feedback and market insights that inform product decisions and positioning. • Leverage emerging AI technology to dramatically improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the product manager role in partnership with the rest of the product team. • Weave AI throughout the Thanx platform enriching the experience of our customers and their consumers in ways that drive meaningful business outcomes for restaurants. • Drive integration partnerships with POS systems, ordering platforms, CRM and marketing platforms, and other restaurant technology providers to expand platform capabilities and market reach. • Analyze product performance using data analytics tools, defining KPIs and conducting A/B tests to optimize user engagement and business outcomes. • Collaborate with data teams to leverage our proprietary credit card tokenization technology and purchase data for enhanced personalization and targeting features.
