Regulatory Compliance Requirements Must have U.S. Citizenship in order to obtain the post-hire Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Clearance from the Federal Bureau of Investigation and must be able to obtain post-hire clearance from the Committee on Foreign Investments in the U.S. (CFIUS) and Department of Justice. This position will require successfully completing a post-offer background check. Key Areas of Responsibility • Drive the definition of solutions for prospects and customers. • Contribute to the development of technical business for new solutions or services (based on the field feedback). • During the bid process, lead the technical answer for the proposed solutions. • During the pre-bid phase, lead technical consulting and support to define the solution. • During the bid process phase, coordinate the technical requirements for bid answering, set up the POC when needed and ensure the following activities. Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar technical field. • 5+ years of relevant experience (e.g. Pre-Sales in hardware/software/computing/cloud solutions, or as a software developer/architect). • 3+ years of prior experience with functional technical requirements (for example: high level software architecture, databases, hardware, cloud technologies) and sharing those requirements/technical solutions in presentations to partners and/or internal and external customers. • Previous Biometric industry solutions experience. • Excellent Team player with proven ability to accomplish goals through collaboration within a global cross-functional matrix environment. • Ability to operate effectively and autonomously across multiple teams in situations of ambiguity leveraging problem solving skills and a willingness to learn with only high-level direction.
