Responsible for embedding Operational Resilience into the New Business portfolio, you will lead the development and execution of new business plans that drive profitable business growth, people capability and team culture improvement, and embed processes that drive long term success. As a strong cross-functional leader and valued trusted advisor in the gaming industry, you will guide prospective and existing clients through our service offerings, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction through proactive problem-solving. By leading the development and execution of sales development strategies for prospective and existing clients, you and your team will lay the foundation for new long-term partnerships that deliver mutual business growth. Key Responsibilities: Growth Pipeline: Develop/support a GTM plan; create and maintain a robust, up-to-date and accurate pipeline, and identify and pursue opportunities to achieve set revenue quotas in close partnership with Operations, Marketing and Commercial Finance. Relationship Building: Cultivate and sustain strong, long-term relationships with strategic clients based on added-value problem solving and consultative selling. Mature sales experience in the game services industry, with a strong contact network. Operational KPIs Response Time to Client Inquiries – Average time taken to respond to client communications. Proposal-to-Close Ratio – Number of proposals submitted vs. deals closed. Internal Collaboration KPIs Cross-functional Collaboration Score – Feedback or metrics from internal teams (e.g., support, product) on collaboration effectiveness. CRM/Tool Usage Accuracy – Compliance with logging information and updates in internal systems. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and driven Client Marketing Manager to join our team and work directly with the Global Business Development Team to ensure the successful creation and submission of proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs to potential clients. The Client Marketing Manager will be responsible for fully understanding the wider industry landscape and our clients and prospects. They will lead in the management of the proposals process for the group, delivering optimal solutions tailored to requirements. All proposals must fully align with customer needs, market trends, and company capabilities. The Client Marketing Manager will also play a key role in ongoing client liaison, through regular business and project reviews, they will also manage the Customer Experience Programme for the group. Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing, the Client Marketing Manager will work cross functionally with internal departments (including Business Development, Operations, Finance and more) to prepare best in class client proposals that clearly and effectively communicate the world-class solutions we provide. They will also support ongoing client engagement, at regular intervals. Key Responsibilities • Demonstrate and share expert knowledge of the video games industry and market landscape, clearly articulating key insights and trends into the future. Manage the supporting repository of competitive intelligence. • Explore and share expert knowledge of our clients and prospects, clearly conveying how best we can support them in delivering success. Manage the supporting data repository, materials and related reports and articles. • Manage the E2E RFP Process for new and existing clients, ensuring optimal, relevant proposal solutions are delivered on time and are professionally assembled for client communication. • Ensure full alignment with client needs and internal capabilities, clearly articulating within the RFP documentation. • Collaborate with the Sales Lead as key points of contact for proposal contributors, including services teams, production and others, ensuring agreement with the proposal's scope and best in class quality levels to be delivered. • Maintain the integrity of the proposal creation process, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency throughout. • Support the Business Development team throughout the process development process, including action tracking and the collation of additional information required from the client. Ensure that proposals are submitted on time and with the highest quality standards. • Explore and track the overall performance of proposals delivered, capturing learning & insights and driving continuous improvement. • Actively participate in regular client performance reviews. Support with material preparation to optimally share insights and trends, understand their experience and to deliver targeted initiatives to help optimise. • Manage the Customer Experience Programme for the group Additional Attributes • Strong collaboration skills with the Sales Lead and internal teams to ensure deadlines are met and that proposals and reviews align with client and internal expectations. • Ability to communicate key outcomes and materials at Executive level. • Deep understanding of how to tailor content to different audiences within the video game service sector. • Capabilities to finalise proposals presentations with the wider RFP Team, to ensure an optimal solution is delivered. • Strong CRM knowledge – ability to utilise the CRM to manage documentation and data related to proposals and client interactions. • Strong skills in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, particularly in creating professional, visually engaging presentations. • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and provide detailed reports to management on proposal progress. • Ability to work independently and manage deliverables against key project deadlines. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree (4-year University degree required). • Minimum of 7 years’ Marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a proposal management role - experience in the video games industry is preferable. • Results driven, focused on continuous improvement. • Strong background in sales support and client engagement, particularly in the video game industry. • Familiarity with outsourcing services and the wider industry landscape. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas to internal stakeholders and external clients. • Awareness of the video game business, including familiarity with game publishers, developers, and related terminology.
