Provide technical support and incident management for MES and ERP systems integration at production sites, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and user training. | Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2+ years support experience, 2+ years SQL, 1+ year Python or Go, knowledge of monitoring tools, strong organizational skills, and flexible schedule. | The Factory Software team is responsible for building software solutions that allow the company to redefine manufacturing and production. Our software enables users to virtually control the manufacturing process and machines, interact with and track the flow of production material, and gain quick and powerful insights about the production line. We are looking for a highly motivated Application Support Engineer to join the Factory Software team. The ideal candidate will have a good balance of building relationships with stakeholders, solving technical problems, and knowledge of enterprise systems (MES, WMS, ERP). You will be the technical expert of our systems and provide answers to technical problems submitted by internal customers. Design and create photorealistic automotive and product visualizations including 3D assets, environments, materials, lighting, and rendering. | Strong 3D generalist portfolio focused on vehicles and environments, experience in video game companies preferred, knowledge of PBR workflows and traditional DCC tools, and photogrammetry experience is a plus. | As a member of the in-vehicle Visualization Team, you will be responsible for the design and creation of digital assets and environments, as well as real-time and pre-rendered photorealistic automotive and product visualizations. Your work has the potential to be seen on a global scale, helping influence people and communities to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
