Opportunity Overview: We're seeking a proactive and analytically driven FP&A Analyst to partner with our Manufacturing and Supply Chain organizations. In this highly visible role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders - providing actionable insights, driving financial discipline, and leading process improvements that unlock efficiency and value across the business. You will blend strong financial planning and analysis (FP&A) expertise with a passion for business partnership, enabling data-driven decisions and operational excellence. You'll also help advance our process automation and digital analytics capabilities, building scalable tools and models that enhance agility and performance. • Support the capital expenditure (CapEx) approval process, ensuring financial rigor and alignment with strategic priorities • Lead components of the budgeting and forecasting cycle; partner with department leaders to build accurate spend plans and tracking models • Manage spend allocation and maintain the operational spend model to ensure transparency and accountability • Partner cross-functionally to streamline financial workflows and implement process automation and reporting enhancements • Support quarter-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and variance analysis All About You: We seek individuals who share our passion and determination. Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $82,100 - $131,300. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This role involves troubleshooting, repair, preventative maintenance, and customer training across North America. You will serve as a key technical resource, ensuring optimal system performance and customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.   This is a customer-facing role requiring self-management, strong problem-solving skills, and extensive travel. You will collaborate with internal teams, distributors, and end-users to resolve complex issues and contribute to product development feedback.   Technical Support: Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair services for robotic systems and components.   Preventative Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance to minimize downtime and extend system life. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate service records, case documentation, warranty claims, and CRM updates. Customer Training: Deliver hands-on training and coaching to customers and internal teams on system operation, maintenance, and safety. Product Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer by providing feedback to engineering and product teams regarding system performance, deficiencies, and desired enhancements. Inventory Management: Maintain service tools, spare parts, and test equipment inventory. Sales & Support Collaboration: Identify upsell opportunities during service visits and support sales teams with technical insights. Trade Show & Demo Support: Maintain demo units and support technical setup for exhibitions and customer demos.
