You will bridge the gap between corporate strategy and regional execution, orchestrating high-impact field marketing, channel programs, and demand generation to drive pipeline for our Federal and SLED sales teams. Your Opportunity: Strategic Planning: Build and execute data-driven Federal and SLED go-to-market plans that overachieve on net-new acquisition, expansion, pipeline creation, and lead conversion. Market Evangelism: Master the Tenable portfolio and Public Sector personas to influence regional messaging, digital campaigns, and content creation. Field Execution: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of in-person and virtual events, and revenue-generation programs, from concept to post-event ROI analysis. Ecosystem Orchestration: Collaborate with Sales, Channel Partners (including Immix and Carahsoft), and Marketing to ensure a unified approach. Performance Insight: Leverage Salesforce and Tableau to report on metrics, pivot strategies, and optimize budget spend. What You'll Need: Location Requirement: Must be able to work hybrid/onsite at our HQ in Columbia, MD or Boston, MA. Public Sector Expertise: 10+ years of B2B marketing experience specifically targeting Federal and SLED audiences. Tech Stack Fluency: Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo; experience with Tableau, Google Workspace, and Slack is a major plus. Operational Excellence: Proven ability to manage complex project logistics (3rd party vendors, booth operations, and tight deadlines). Relationship Power: A track record of building trust with sales leaders, distributors, and resellers to drive joint-marketing success. Agility: A self-motivated mindset comfortable with the pace of a high-growth cybersecurity environment. Industry: Cybersecurity experience is a plus. Direct experience working with ImmixGroup or Carahsoft is highly preferred.
