The Campaign Manager will handle both inbound and outbound sales tasks, follow structured outreach sequences, and serve as a reliable point of contact for early-stage client interactions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead & Inbox Management Monitor multiple inboxes (e.g., Gmail, Instantly) daily to identify new leads and client responses Filter and categorize incoming messages (e.g., qualified leads, spam, action items) Add qualified leads to the CRM or client-specific pipelines with correct tagging and status updates 2. Sales Pipeline Coordination Maintain and update sales pipelines in tools like Salesmate Categorize leads by stage and ensure next actions are properly scheduled Conduct research to verify lead information or update contact data when needed 3. Outreach Execution Execute cold calling, follow-up calls, and email outreach as part of a structured communication sequence Respond to warm leads from campaigns (email, ads, Upwork, websites) Leave voicemails, speak with gatekeepers, and send personalized follow-up messages 4. Client-Facing Support Prepare for discovery or proposal calls by reviewing documents, reports, or videos Handle early-stage client communications, including sending intro videos and scheduling meetings Occasionally participate in proposal discussions and provide early insights to support the sales process 5. Ad Hoc and Client-Specific Tasks Respond to internal requests (e.g., from account managers or sales leads) via chat or email Review client reports, update scripts, or complete one-off research tasks when needed Log time worked and tasks completed in systems like Clockify Required Skills & Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in a business development, sales, or account coordination role Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professionalism in client-facing scenarios Comfort with cold calling and navigating gatekeepers Experience with CRMs (Salesmate preferred) and email tools (e.g., Instantly) Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple clients and workflows Self-starter who can follow structured processes and adapt to changing priorities Preferred Traits: Comfortable working across a mix of service-based client accounts Able to balance administrative tasks with proactive outreach Flexible and calm under pressure when shifting between client needs or urgent tasks Comfortable with basic research and spreadsheet tasks (e.g., verifying phone numbers) Work Environment & Hours: Remote work Flexible scheduling, but must have availability during North American business hours for follow-ups and client calls Part-time or full-time, depending on client volume
