Lead and manage client accounts onsite, develop growth plans, coordinate with delivery teams, and drive revenue through consultative selling. | Strong client relationship and account leadership skills with ability to manage multi-stakeholder environments and align IT solutions to business goals. | Urgent Role - Account Manager Role (Onsite) Location: Jersey City, New Jersey Only full time Note: We need a candidate with a combination of Farming & Hunting (60:40 ratio) Responsibilities • Account management o Function as on-site leader for a portfolio of transformational projects across accounts or within an account • o Accountable for interfacing with both business and IT function(s) in multistakeholder environment. • Strategic Thinking & Planning o Develop and maintain an account growth plan or roadmap. o Track performance against KPIs (e.g., revenue growth, CSAT, NPS). o Align with client’s long-term roadmap. • Coordination and Governance o Work closely with delivery, pre-sales, technical architects, and marketing. o Along with the offshore delivery partner, should be responsible for monitoring budgets, billing, and renewals. o Periodic review of monthly / quarterly targets for revenue. o Govern the projects to achieving milestones, and take timely recourse where required • Consultative Selling o Recommend relevant solutions, upgrades, or services. o Identifying new opportunities, expanding relationships, and increasing revenue o Frame conversations around value and outcome for upsell and cross sell. o Perform SWOT analysis or create account heatmaps. • o Classify leads using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) or similar frameworks. Necessary skill sets • Subject matter understanding and business acumen o Ability to rapidly ramp-up on the understanding of Account and functional jargon at a sufficient level for communication and stakeholder management • o Ability to map business problems to IT solutions. o Ability to leverage industry learnings and domain depth from project and apply this knowledge to other accounts / pre-sales efforts across the company • Client Relationship management o Multi-level client relationship management. • o Understand the client’s business goals and how IT solutions can support them. • Account leadership o Understanding of client unique context and constraints, and ensure appropriate project execution design • o Ability to decipher client’s org structure, decision-makers, and budget cycles.
