Position Overview Teaching Strategies is seeking a Director of Product Operations to be the strategic enabler of the Product Management organization. This role builds the insight systems, processes, and frameworks that empower Product Managers to make faster, clearer, and more customer-informed decisions. This leader creates the infrastructure for customer understanding, product planning, roadmap clarity, and PM effectiveness Reporting to the VP of Digital Product, this role combines strategic scope with data expertise. The Director of Product Operations designs and runs systems for enabling customer and product insights, the operating cadence of the product organization, supports cross‑portfolio planning and prioritization, and enables a growing emphasis ease of use and growth across a large and complex product ecosystem. Specific Roles & Responsibilities: Insights and analytics enablement Operationalize a rotating insights model across Product Management. Partner with Product, Data, and Support teams to ensure effective instrumentation and dashboards. Produce quarterly portfolio‑level insight summaries focused on ease of use, engagement, and ARR drivers. Support leadership with synthesized data to inform prioritization and investment decisions Product operating cadence and governance Design, facilitate, and continuously improve quarterly planning and roadmap review processes. Own the product operating rhythm, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly forums. Maintain a single source of truth for product processes and operating cadences. Communication and cross‑functional alignment Prepare and distribute monthly product operations updates. Support preparation of SLT and executive‑level product materials. Ensure clear communication of product priorities across Marketing, Education, Customer Success, and Sales. Qualifications: Required: 6+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Product Management, or Business Analytics. Strong analytical orientation with the ability to synthesize complex information. Proven ability to influence without authority. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred / Nice to Have: Experience supporting a multi‑product or platform‑based organization. Familiarity with product analytics and delivery tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Pendo). Experience in education technology, SaaS, or mission‑driven organizations. Prior experience helping scale a product organization through growth or transformation. Position Overview Teaching Strategies is seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive new enterprise growth within the Private Child Care (PCC) sector. This senior-level role focuses on expanding strategic relationships with large multi-site child care chains and franchises by delivering high-impact SaaS solutions that improve instructional quality, compliance, and operational outcomes. Roles involves identifying, structuring, and negotiating complex technology partnerships and managing the full deal lifecycle from strategic analysis through closing. The Enterprise BDM reports to the Manager of Enterprise Sales and can be remote, with travel up to 30% to key customer and industry events. Specific Roles & Responsibilities: Own and expand a portfolio of named strategic PCC accounts representing $500k+ in ARR potential Develop, manage, and close complex SaaS sales cycles spanning 6–12 months, from discovery to contract Build strategic account plans and land-and-expand playbooks aligned to customer business goals Generate pipeline through direct outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and close collaboration with ABM and SDR teams Engage executive-level stakeholders including CEOs, COOs, CAO’s, and CTO’s Lead RFI/RFP responses, procurement navigation, and negotiation of pricing, terms, and co-term structures Collaborate with Product, SME’s, and Partner Success to shape solutions and ensure delivery readiness Maintain disciplined forecasting and CRM hygiene in Salesforce, including pipeline coverage and close date accuracy Present customer business cases using program-specific data (e.g., licensing alignment, QRIS impact, staff outcomes) Identify regional or state-level grant and subsidy trends to support compliance-forward sales positioning Participate in pilot program design, center-level rollouts, and stakeholder enablement Serve as a voice of the customer in cross-functional planning and product feedback loops Qualifications: 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, including 2+ years selling to education, ECE, or regulated service providers Proven track record of meeting or exceeding $1M+ annual quotas in complex, multi-stakeholder deals Strong consultative selling, strategic account planning, and executive presence Proficiency in Salesforce, and Salesloft (or similar) Demonstrated success managing long sales cycles and multi-site rollouts Mission-aligned with Teaching Strategies’ goal of improving outcomes for children and educators Why Teaching Strategies At Teaching Strategies, our solutions and services are only as strong as the teams that create them.
