Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements. Experience managing leave of absence and accommodation cases. Comfort handling sensitive employee relations and compliance matters with discretion. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with global teams. Advanced proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday strongly preferred). Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose process improvements. Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex People topics for employees and leaders. High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
