Manage commercial property portfolios including budget, vendor, and team oversight. | Extensive property management and leadership experience with some technology and process optimization skills, but no direct accounting or QuickBooks experience. | Job description: Importer of European products is seeking an experienced Office Manager for its offices in the St Louis, MO metro area. Answering directly to the Director of Operations and CFO, essential duties will include the following: · Daily management of accounts receivable and the processing of all related banking · Daily management of accounts payable · Preparation of a weekly company cash flow document for use by the Director of Operations and CFO to support their financial management of the business · Generation of detailed overview reporting · Weekly preparation and submission of payroll data to company’s payroll service · Compliance and Tax Reporting (federal and state) for a regulated industry · General Data Entry in company’s accounting and inventory management software · Assist in general office management, including maintenance of adequate supply inventories and oversight of staffing needs The ideal candidate will be a reliable, detail-oriented individual possessing strong organization and time management skills. Proficiencies in the various elements of Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) and QuickBooks are essential. While not required, a working knowledge of wine, spirits, and food products is a plus. Pay based on experience and proficiency.
