Imagine yourself going to work with one thing in your mind: to provide the best customer experience to your clients. Roles And Responsibilities • Review patient insurance claims • Utilize online insurance portals to verify patient benefits • Develop a holistic understanding of patient insurance plan details • Update the patient's deductible, copay, and coinsurance data in clients' billing system when inaccurate • Strive for high-standard customer satisfaction and experience and ensure that all calls are handled professionally based on the quality guidelines set by the client; • Adhere to established protocols, KPIs, guidelines, and company policies to ensure consistent and standardized delivery of customer service; • Foster a collaborative work environment by engaging with team members, supervisors, and other departments to resolve customer issues, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere; • Participate in all mandated internal and external training and/or seminars; and • Get to know, understand, and comply with TaskUs' policies and procedures. Requirements • 1+ years in a prior medical billing or insurance verification role • Strong knowledge of deductible and out-of-pocket max types and determining their status and applicability • Familiarity with different insurance payer types and navigating insurance portals • Experience with multiple platforms is ideal and the ability to use multiple systems connected to insurance panels is required • Experience with HIPAA and compliance-sensitive environments • Must be able to multitask to make effective use of various online resources and platforms. • Must adhere to regulatory requirements to protect patient safety. • Must adhere to client processes to prevent risk to patient care and to provide the ideal patient experience. As the Director, Learning Experience (Learning and Organization Development), you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating the Talent Roadmap for the organization, aligned with the company's objectives. Talent Roadmap should support the development of all leaders within the business, thus improving organizational effectiveness and employee performance. Specific Responsibilities As the Director, Learning Experience (Learning and Organization Development), you will (not limited to): • Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, and onboarding initiatives. • Partner with functional stakeholders to identify and prioritize learning needs and gaps aligned with business needs, while cultivating a culture of learning. • Provide guidance and support to aspiring leaders, facilitate leadership workshops or seminars, and stay updated on industry trends in leadership development practices • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and learning events to diverse audiences, making sure of content relevance, participant engagement, and knowledge retention • Coach and develop a team of LnOD professionals, providing guidance, feedback and professional development opportunities to support their growth and success. • Develop learning strategies that are clearly aligned to and support business objectives. Design solutions that are relevant, prioritized, and aligned to talent needs. • Conceptualize and develop content catering to audiences from different functions. • Ensure that the L&OD curriculum is tracked and maintained in the Learning Management System • Establish metrics and analytics to measure the impact and effectiveness of learning initiatives, and use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement. • Stay abreast of emerging trends and developments in LnOD, recommending and implementing enhancements to programs and processes as needed. • Identify gaps and recommend and create scalable learning solutions to improve learner's retention, job performance and the overall employee experience. • Design, development and implementation of the global learning & development strategy and solutions starting from TNA to design & delivery, to impact analysis as per business needs • Manage the maintenance and execution of the performance and talent management processes linked to operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness. • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management process, career development and individual learning plans. • Manage the LnOD budget, resources, and vendor relationships to optimize ROI and quality of services Do you have what it takes to become a Director, Learning Experience (Learning and Organization Development) ? Required Skills/Abilities • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and influencing skills • Ability to coach, mentor, consult, and partner with peers and with other functional leads • Learning design and delivery skills • Thorough understanding of proven and latest L&OD methods and best practices • Exceptionally good verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management System. Work Experience • 15+ years of global L&OD including learning design and delivery, stakeholder management • Experience of having run and managed L&OD for global organizations. Ability to manage global stakeholders. Job Summary The Customer Experience Representative will be responsible for all customer service as part of a thriving operations team. The Customer Experience Representative will proactively engage with customers, ascertain best practices and fully implement our platform to exceed our customer's health and wellness goals and expectations.
