This position will support the Key Accounts team in a fast-paced and changing environment and will report to the Key Accounts Director. Key Responsibilities: · Support Amazon account team for all needs related to Amazon business · Serve as the cross-functional lead for tarte’s Amazon Premium Beauty business managing the full operational and commercial lifecycle · Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies to accelerate Amazon growth while maintaining brand equity and profitability · Developing and implementing operational plans, policies, and procedures to optimize business performance · Drive forecasting needs, revenue planning, and sell in/sell through analysis · KPI Management - monitor and improve Amazon-specific KPIs, including but not limited to, NetPPM, ASP, buyability, conversion rate, in-stock %, CRaP avoidance, chargebacks, Share of Voice, and content compliance · Develop an intimate understanding of each product category's top sellers, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities, leveraging this insight to gain a competitive advantage for tarte on Amazon · Monitor and report infringements in Brand Registry · Identify assortment, promotions, and pricing strategies to grow contribution margin and optimize product lifecycle performance. · Lead all backend operations in Vendor Central including product setup, Vine, BTR · Partner with Retail Operations on key KPIs, inventory flow, PO tracking, case pack optimization, logistics troubleshooting · Partner with demand planning on promotional forecasts, launch planning, and forecast accuracy. Ensure optimal retail inventory health through proactive forecasting, replenishment planning, and minimizing chargebacks/shortages · Manage chargebacks and build strategies to minimize chargeback impact · Analyze traffic, search trends, and keyword performance to influence product positioning and advertising efficiency · Partner with internal digital marketing and creative teams to support Amazon merchandising and marketing campaigns · Ensure A+ content and Brand Store are aligned with brand standards and optimized for conversion Qualifications: · 4–6 years of experience in eCommerce managing Amazon (preferably 1P/Premium Beauty) · BA/BS required · Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and translate into actionable plans. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office · Proficiency in Amazon Vendor Central, AMS, Brand Registry, and eCommerce analytics tools (Helium10, Catapult, Keepa, or similar tools) · Proficiency with forecasting, inventory management, data analytics, P&L development, budget management, merchandising, and digital marketing · Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with internal and external cross-functional partners · Strong demonstrated analytical skills and project management skills · Strong oral and written communication skills with internal and external partners · Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects · Ability to multi-task, manage high volume of deadlines · Highly motivated with the ability to thrive and multi-task in a fast-paced and demanding environment, passionate about cosmetics · Experience in beauty or premium categories a plus Our Perks: Salary range: $80,000-115,000 (Compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill level, relevant work experience & education) Medical, dental, vision, 401K plan & access to health & wellness programs Paid vacation, holidays, summer Fridays, birthdays off, volunteer time & more Makeup gratis, employee discount on tarte.com, team give back initiatives Friendly, fun, creative & collaborative work environment

This role requires Shopify platform experience, with the ability to create, customize, and optimize digital experiences that are both visually stunning and performance-driven. Key Responsibilities Creative Digital Design & Execution Conceptualize, design, and refine visually compelling website layouts, landing pages, and digital campaigns that captivate and engage customers. Develop high-fidelity UI designs, wireframes, and interactive prototypes with a strong focus on aesthetics and functionality. Follow ADA compliance regulations Work closely with developers to implement and refine designs within Shopify's Liquid framework. Conduct UX/UI audits, analyze heatmaps, and leverage A/B testing to optimize site performance and user engagement. Trend-Forward Digital Innovation Stay ahead of digital design trends, beauty aesthetics, and eCommerce innovations, bringing fresh ideas to the table. Identify emerging UX/UI trends, interactive elements, and motion design techniques to elevate the shopping experience. Research competitors and industry leaders to ensure Tarte remains at the forefront of digital design innovation. Partner with the performance marketing team to design and optimize high-performing paid social acquisition assets, including short-form videos, animated overlays, and static variations informed by campaign results.
