This role manages full project lifecycle delivery—ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget execution while supporting grid reliability and modernization initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end T&D project delivery (planning, engineering, procurement, construction support, closeout) • Serve as primary client contact for utility accounts; own client relationships and expectations • Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and progress reports • Lead multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, designers, and subcontractors • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards • Oversee risk management, issue resolution, and change order processes • Prepare and deliver project status reports and presentations to internal and client leadership Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Structural Engineering, or Construction Mgt (required) • 10–20 years’ Project Mgt experience in Transmission & Distribution (T&D) • Experience delivering multimillion-dollar T&D projects in the U.S. • Preferred: Experience with Northwest utilities (PGE, BPA, PacifiCorp, PSE, SCL) • Preferred: Consulting or engineering firm background • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar) • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident

This role requires someone who is relationship-driven in the field and extremely data-driven behind the scenes, with strong CRM experience. Key Responsibilities Conference Sales & Lead Generation Attend conferences 3–4 days/week during peak seasons; lighter travel off-season. Build relationships, generate leads, and represent Readyly professionally. Manage conference sign-ups, sponsorships, attendee lists, and all outreach around each event. Coordinate booth and materials logistics with our shipping facility. Book and manage your own travel and onsite operations. CRM Mastery (HubSpot or Similar) Very comfortable working inside a CRM (HubSpot strongly preferred). Ability to: Manage and update workflows and sequences Import/export lead lists and conference attendee data Maintain clean data structures Navigate settings and integrations with confidence Bonus: Experience as a CRM admin or power user. Cross-Functional Coordination Partner with our outbound agency on follow-up campaigns and conference-driven sequences. Work closely with our marketing consultant on materials and conference readiness. Track all conference deadlines and ensure timely sign-ups and deliverables. Requirements 1) MUST be comfortable with extensive travel: ~75% of time spent traveling during spring/fall conference seasons; lighter in summer/winter 2) Technical experience (ex. STEM degree, work experience in a technical/engineering/science related field) 3) Female candidates preferred 4) 5–7 years in sales or business development 5) GovTech or public sector technology sales experience strongly preferred 6) Demonstrated success managing a metrics-driven pipeline 7) Deep comfort with HubSpot or similar CRM (admin or power-user level) 8) Strong project management skills, especially around travel, events, and logistics 9) Excellent communicator and relationship-builder 10) Ability to operate independently as a player-coach—hands-on, accountable, and self-directed
