Job Description We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead IT projects and change initiatives within the Gas & Power Trading area, with a particular focus on supporting the clients' transition to power. The role involves managing business and application-oriented projects, coordinating across multiple teams and markets, and ensuring successful delivery in line with company standards and regulatory requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a variety of IT projects and change initiatives within the Gas & Power Trading area, with a particular focus on contributing to the ongoing energy transition. The projects are primarily business- and application-oriented and will require close coordination across multiple teams and markets Project Delivery & Execution • Plan and manage projects or a portfolio of smaller initiatives. • Perform business scoping, implementation, and reporting (scope, schedule, budget). • Maintain risk, issue, decision, and RAID logs. Governance & Compliance • Apply project methodologies and IT governance standards. • Ensure legal, regulatory, and audit compliance (e.g., SOX). • Support the Gas & Power Trading PMO. Stakeholder & Vendor Management • Communicate with IT managers and business teams. • Coordinate with third-party suppliers and support vendor applications. Team Support & Culture • Promote project management culture and coach team members. • Contribute to team reporting on support, tickets, and KPIs. • Collaborate with other Trading IT/Technology teams. #LI-ASD Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 3+ years in project management or similar roles. • Experience in energy commodity trading, vendor application implementations, and IT/software project management. • Strong communication, organizational, and commercial skills; experience with IT suppliers and contracts. • Formal project management training; certifications (PMP, Six Sigma, etc.) preferred; knowledge of agile methodologies. • Familiarity with business application design, development, and integration. • Fluent in English; French is a plus.
