Manage and update inventory transactions, coordinate with production planners, print labels, run reports, and lead annual inventory planning. | 1-2 years inventory or supply chain experience, proficiency with inventory software and Excel, strong organizational and communication skills, and willingness to learn. | This position will be responsible for all inventory transactions and keeping inventory up to date • Review department activity sheets and update inventory in SBI • Input daily production lots into SBI (Propagation & Potting) • Review daily pick tickets for any location changes • Rope-offs, Availability, intercompany transfers • Work with production planners for updates or changes in production • Set Up Ready Dates on SBI • Label Printing for Potting, Propagation & New Planting • Signs for new plantings, rope offs. And broker material, trials, or special signs request • Run SBI reports (Production & Sales) • Labeling support (Shipping UPC, tags, Shipping processes, order tags) • Annual Inventory planning, prepare and leading • Picture submittal for the Sales team • Updating the availability report and retail pricing Minimum Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, agriculture, supply chain management, or related field a plus. • 1-2 years’ experience in inventory and sales support, or supply chain operations, preferably within the agriculture or related industries. • Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. • Qualified candidates must be open to learning, process driven, self-motivated, and work as part of a team. • Strong communication skills are also vital to the success of this role. He/she must be able to always work with co-workers in a courteous and professional manner. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience using ERP systems such as SBI, or industry-specific platforms. • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams. • Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish a plus
