Schedule appointments between customers and our design consultants. Confirm scheduled appointments. Respond to email correspondence from customers and internal team members Stay up to date with all company procedures/ protocol pertaining to the call center Experience & Skills: Customer service/phone presence. Ability to type at least 50 WPM. Bilingual - English & Spanish Problem-solving mentality with ability to remain both calm and positive under pressure. This position is a entry-level, full-time role that offers compensation of $16.50/hour with bonuses (~$18-$19).
