Job Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer related phone inquiries and ensure that any questions or issues are resolved promptly, professionally, and thoroughly. Schedule appointments between customers and our design consultants. Confirm scheduled appointments. Respond to email correspondence from customers and internal team members Stay up to date with all company procedures/ protocol pertaining to the call center Experience & Skills: Customer service/phone presence. Ability to type at least 50 WPM. Bilingual - English & Spanish Problem-solving mentality with ability to remain both calm and positive under pressure. Committed to upholding SP team values: Teamwork, Accountability, Positivity, Continuous Improvement, and Integrity. This position is a entry-level, full-time role that offers compensation of $16.50/hour with bonuses (~$18-$19). We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States; however, visa sponsorship is not available for this position. The L&D Manager will play a pivotal role reporting to the Director of Training, proactively fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development, ensuring solutions perform at or above key performance indicators. Objectives • Enhance Learning Culture: Cultivate a culture of learning by understanding the needs of the business and our trainees’ and employ effective training methodologies. • Drive Measurable Results: Produce tangible, data-driven outcomes that align with System Pavers' objectives. Responsibilities Strategic Alignment and Planning • Create and implement L&D strategies that align with business objectives and address both current and future skill gaps • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop L&D initiatives in support of organizational priorities Program Design and Delivery • Develop and oversee Instructor-led training programs, workshops, e-learning modules and blended learning solutions • Enhance employee skills, knowledge and performance through innovative training programs Operational Management • Manage ongoing and periodic L&D project plans, programs and results • Maintain budgets, vendor relationships and learning technology platforms Evaluation and Continuous Improvement • Track and assess the effectiveness of training programs through metrics, feedback, and reporting tools, identifying and making adjustments as needed • Conduct cost-benefit analyses to measure the ROI of training initiatives Engagement and Culture • Foster a culture of learning by promoting development opportunities and recognizing learning achievements • Drive engagement and retention through meaningful learning opportunities Key Competencies • Communication • Decision Making • Strategic Thinking • Critical Thinking • Emotional Intelligence • Team Talent Management Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in L&D, training, talent management or similar role • In-home sales experience is strongly preferred • Proven track record in designing and delivering impactful training programs • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Innovative, strategic thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines • Willingness to work remotely, in-office and/or to travel occasionally • Additional certifications or qualifications in instructional design, coaching or managing projects is a plus Our employees enjoy • Competitive compensation between $83k-$88k + annual discretionary bonus potential of 7.5% • Full benefits including health, dental, vision, life, and a 401k • Continuous education and career development System Pavers is proud to be an inclusive and equal opportunity employer of a diverse set of individuals and will consider for employment all qualified applicants.
