This role requires a strong motion reel editing background, an elevated design aesthetic, and the ability to produce high-volume, social-first content that drives brand engagement. What You’ll Do • Ideation & Production: Generate concepts, shoot, and edit a steady stream of paid + organic content (20+ posts/month). • Motion & Editing: Craft polished reels and motion graphics using Adobe Premiere & After Effects. • Studio Shoots: Participate in monthly onsite shoots in Orange County. • AI Tools: Leverage platforms like Midjourney and ChatGPT for creative ideation. • Collaboration: Partner with creative leadership, social strategists, and account teams to deliver elevated work at scale. What We’re Looking For • 5+ years of social-first content creation across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest). • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), CapCut, and AI visualization tools. • Strong motion graphics portfolio, including 5+ After Effects examples. • Agency experience and comfort working in fast-paced, feedback-heavy environments. • Excellent presentation and collaboration skills. • Availability for monthly shoots + occasional evening/weekend content for tentpole events.
