Typical Duties/Abilities: • Work with Technical/Solutions Architects and Business Analysts to translate business requirements and develop consistent ALM strategies into well architected solutions. • Work closely with functional team to determine feasibility of requirements and collaborate on design ideas and improvements. • Taking a supporting role in collaborations between the business, architecture, development, and testing teams. • Execute test plans to ensure quality delivery using test code and unit tests. • Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed. Soft Skills • Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean Startup, XP) and cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, Designers, Business Analysts) • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a track record of taking solution ownership. • Possess Design Thinking certifications such as those offered through IDEO, Stanford, Cornell, MIT, or a host of other organizations. • Communication skills key!
