Support talent attraction strategies and execute multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns for schools. | Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or related fields, with strong communication and organizational skills. | General Description: The Recruitment Marketing Manager, Schools will be responsible for improving recruitment marketing outcomes and driving talent attraction efforts for the SHC Schools Division. This will include directly overseeing multiple messaging channels including but not limited to Job Board Strategy, Social Media, Email Marketing, Search Engine Marketing, and other channels as identified. The Recruitment Marketing Manager, Schools will strive to be a subject matter expert on all available SHC recruiting tools and will assist in the formulation of recruiting campaigns and programs, as well as provide input on strategic talent attraction efforts at SHC. The Recruitment Marketing Manager, Schools will report to the Director of Recruitment Marketing and will work day-to-day with the schools recruiting and CSM teams to coordinate strategy and evaluate campaign outcomes. They will be responsible for communicating with the Marketing Department on a weekly basis to ensure company-wide consistency, and they will exemplify a team spirit while reinforcing and supporting the company pillars and values in their work. Essential Job Functions: • Oversee talent attraction strategy and execution on assigned channels (Job Postings, Email, Social Media, Display Advertising, PPC, etc…) related to school recruitment marketing needs • Support the SHC brand identity and recruitment marketing plan • Implement strategic recruiting campaigns to drive new qualified candidates to SHC’s Schools division • Track performance and adjust campaigns based on identified Recruitment Marketing KPIs, such as total lead volume, cost per qualified lead, and lifetime value • Serve as a partner to the SHC schools division, attend planning and strategy meetings, and coordinate with Schools leaders on priorities and recruiting goals • Coordinate and collaborate with school Recruiting Coordinators to document candidate quality and improve database segmentation • Develop and refine audience segmentation frameworks aligned to Schools demand (discipline type, certification status, geography, assignment length, school calendar cycles) • Analyze talent quality, conversion, and reactivation trends to refine targeting and reduce unqualified applicant volume • Assist with outreach to new candidate pools, including trade shows and new lead sources • Oversee the responsible application of marketing spend across assigned channels • Help evolve SHC’s Schools talent value proposition based on market trends, competitor analysis, and talent feedback • Share specialized insight into school recruiting audiences and priorities with the larger Marketing team to support SEO, trade show strategy, content creation, and social media efforts. • Research to both discover and understand new trends in engagement and recruiting • Help to create an environment of high morale, motivation and teamwork • Other duties as assigned Minimum Skills, Knowledge & Talents: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required • Minimum of 2-4 years equivalent work experience required; recruitment, sales or other production experience preferred • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized • Must have strong customer service and support skills • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization • Ability to organize and complete work in a timely manner • Ability to work independently and with other team members • Ability to multi-task • Ability to conduct ongoing, self-directed research into industry trends and best practices • Ability to complete work in a timely manner • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills • Must have a working knowledge of computers and software systems including Microsoft Office products and the Internet • Must be able to work for prolonged periods of sitting, typing and use of the phone and computer • Must successfully complete onboarding training/tutorials and attend future webcasts/trainings as required Equal Opportunity Statement: We are greater when we are equal.
