Join us!  POSITION SUMMARY  The Vice President, Acute Sales provides executive leadership for AirLife’s acute care sales organization across the United States. This role sets sales strategy, manages national distributor relationships, and ensures the achievement of growth and profitability goals across all acute channels.  POSITION QUALIFICATIONS  Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:   * Deep expertise in acute care markets and distributor dynamics. * Proven ability to lead large, geographically diverse sales teams. * Strong executive presence and ability toinfluence atC-suite. * Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management. Level of Experience:   * 20+ years combined in medical device sales+ leadership experience. Level of Education:   * Bachelor’srequired; MBA preferred.  Travel:   * 50-70%. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  Line Manager Duties:  * Provide clear direction, coaching, and performance management to support team development and achievement of AirLife goals.   * Align team’s objectives with AirLife priorities, ensuring compliance, promoting a culture of accountability, and upholding AirLife values.   * Take accountability and ownership for activelyparticipatingin recruitment processes and supporting fair treatment in disciplinary processes for your team.   * Drive continuous improvement by fostering innovation, operational excellence, and adoption of best practices within the team.   * Champion employee engagement, inclusion, and career development through regular check-ins, talent reviews, and succession planning.   * Manage your team’s budget responsibly andexhibitfinancial accountability.   Individual Contributor Duties:  * Define and execute national acute care sales strategy. * Lead Acute Sales Directors and Managers across the U.S. * Manage national distributor contracts and partnerships. * Ensure clinical differentiation and value-based selling capabilities across the team. * Provide executive-level forecasting and reporting.
