Provide inbound customer service calls related to shipping, returns, warranties, and automotive parts using company software. | Must have high-speed internet, computer proficiency, 2+ years automotive experience preferred, ASE certifications preferred, and reside in specified states. | There’s more to Summit Racing Equipment than our huge selection and everyday low prices. Pay: Starting base rate is $14.00 with potential to earn up to $17.50 based upon automotive knowledge/education Schedule & Training: Regular Full time, M-F 3:30P - Midnight EST with rotating Tues, Wed, or Thurs off including every other Saturday 9A - 5:30P EST. First 7 weeks will be paid, remote on-the-job training that will be scheduled M-F 12:30P - 9P EST. Once out of training program, overtime will be required during peak times. Duties to be performed: With company provided equipment, you must be able to provide excellent customer service utilizing our desktop application, Talkdesk. All calls are inbound, that will consist of the following or more: shipping, returns, warranties, damaged or missing parts, refunds and package tracking. Other duties to be assigned as needed. Skills and Abilities Needed: High speed cable Internet 25mb plan minimum (No DSL) Proficiency with Windows-based desktop computer systems Proficiency in the use and navigation of the Internet Answer calls in an upbeat, professional manner with customer satisfaction as the number one objective. Have strong initiative and motivation to succeed. Ability to recognize customer needs and troubleshoot any issues using all tools at their disposal. Possess or have a sincere desire to learn some minor technical details about vehicle systems. Ability to multitask, coordinate, and manage time effectively while maintaining professionalism with customers and co-workers. Ability to follow instructions and respond to leadership direction, meet previously determined department standards, and strive to increase both personal and team production. Experience/Education Required: Customer service experience is a plus. Proficient with Computers and other desktop applications. ASE Certifications preferred Automotive knowledge, at least 2 years’ experience in the automotive field preferred. The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst will represent QA in cross-functional project teams and coordinate testing events to ensure programs meet user requirements. The role involves creating test strategies, developing automated test scripts, and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver quality products on time. | Candidates must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of IT analyst experience with enterprise software. Strong experience with QA methods, tools, and metrics, as well as excellent communication and project management skills, are essential. | This position is able to be a remote work from home position. Must live in Florida, Georgia, Nevada, Ohio, Tennessee or Texas to be considered. Summary: System Testing and Regression Testing of the core business system applications of the company. The candidate will be able to represent QA as a member of cross-functional project teams, and help reduce the risk of issues getting introduced into Production systems. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Represent QA as a member of cross-functional project teams. Coordinate the testing events for projects to verify that programs function according to user requirements and conform to established standards. Create test strategies, assessments, test plans and test cases. Develop automated test scripts for IT applications. Develop reusable frameworks for test plans, tracking defects though their life cycle, and providing testing status for projects. Collaborate with software developers, project managers, database administrators, and other analysts in a rapid software development environment to deploy quality products on time. Applications in use are both internal web-based applications and consumer facing e-commerce applications. Extensive experience with QA methods, tools, and metrics during software development. Strong interpersonal skills and customer advocacy. Strong ethics, values, communication skills, and the ability to perform as part of a project team. Experience with testing enterprise applications, defect tracking and quality assurance software. Understanding of IT project management methodology and estimating QA activities. Strong communications and project management skills. Ability to work well in a team environment and build out QA functions, methods, and tools for the IT organization. Significant experience with process definition, process execution, and process improvement. Computer Skills Understands PC's and common PC tools. Basic understanding of PC networking and security. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite. Experience with testing tools, including automation tools and administration. Experience with performance testing is a plus. Working experience with any of the following technologies also a plus: Relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, MariaDB). Microsoft .Net, C# applications, MVC, Visual Studio, Web/browser based applications. Linux and Microsoft operating systems. Selenium and/or NUnit testing software, or similar tools.
