This individual will manage a diverse team, drive operational excellence through analytical insights, and support continuous improvement and operational initiatives across the organization. While no two days are the same, you will manage and mentor an operations supply team, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of operational and analytical efficiency. Create and utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for supply optimization and equilibrium, cost reductions, and efficiency gains across operations. Develop, communicate, and execute strategies for leveraging data and technology to drive business optimization and decision-making. Lead the Implementation of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives based on business prioritization and analytical findings. You will also identify key performance metrics and establish dashboards to monitor and report on operational effectiveness. Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of data models and predictive analytics. Work closely with other departments, including Data Science, Finance, Marketing, Field Operations and Retail Partners, to align data analytics efforts and operational impacts with broader business objectives. Facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure that analytical insights are effectively translated into actionable strategies across operations and partner teams. Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations on operational performance, trends, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. While responding to large scale events, mitigating impact to delivery partners and successfully recover as quickly as possible. What You’ll Need to Be Successful You have Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) are a plus. You have 7+ years of experience in retail-tech operations, business analytics, or a related field with a focus on last-mile delivery preferred You have a strong track record of successful operations management and process improvement. You have expertise in data analysis and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL). You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, as well as data analysis tools. You have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey analytical findings to diverse audiences. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
