We’re seeking talented single-unit managers, General Managers, or multi-unit managers read for a new challenge. We aim to develop multi-unit leadership through our new Accelerate Program. The program is an accelerated career path designed for high-performing managers who demonstrate the skills, drive, and leadership potential to advance rapidly into an Area Manager role at Strickland Brothers. Participants will receive structured training, mentorship, and real-world multi-unit leadership experience. Upon successful completion of the program, candidates may be promoted to an Area Manager position. Compensation: $55K throughout the program, with additional bonus opportunities based on shop performance and training milestones. Up to $75K salary after promotion to Area Manager, with additional bonus opportunities based on area performance. First things first… Shop Manager Responsibilities As a Shop Manager for the first 6-12 months of the program, you will play a vital role in our shop’s success by leading operations, driving exceptional customer service, and developing a high-performing team. Next up: Area Manager As an Area Manager, your future responsibilities would include: • People Management: Develop and mentor Shop Managers, build a talent pipeline, and drive a positive culture through recognition, accountability, and support. • Company Standards: Ensure shops deliver outstanding customer service, maintain high Net Promoter Scores and Google review ratings, reduce claims, maintain clean, professional facilities, and achieve efficiency goals like 10-minute bay times. • Data Expertise: Utilize Power BI for daily performance analysis, drive car count, coach teams on KPIs, challenge Shop Managers to meet goals through data-driven leadership, and troubleshoot outliers. • Policy and Procedure Expertise: Lead best practices in inventory management, cash handling, recruiting, onboarding, training, and compliance with the company handbook and operational standards. What We're Looking For • At least 2 years of experience managing people, preferably in retail, restaurant, automotive, or other customer service-focused industries. • Direct customer service experience. • Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills. • Commitment to operational excellence and company standards. • Willingness to travel between multiple shop locations as you advance into Area Manager responsibilities. • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and data-driven decision-making tools.
