The Field Sales Manager (FSM) or Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales performance, market share growth, and customer engagement at the field level across the United States and Canada. This role is focused on building strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and end-users, executing sales strategies while ensuring successful sales and adopting Allied Star intraoral scanners and solutions in the region. The FSM or Territory Sales Representative will act as a key link between corporate leadership, dealer partners, and dental professionals to maximize revenue and brand visibility. This newly created position reports to Alliedstar Director of Sales for North America. The role is regional in scope focusing on driving sales of Alliedstar’s intraoral scanners and digital solutions to dental practices, DSOs, and laboratories. It requires significant collaboration with commercial and operational teams in different business divisions and geographies across Straumann Group. This role does require extensive travel (50-70% of the time across the US and Canada) - successful candidate must live within 50 miles of a major airport.
