The Signals Exploitation and Tracking (SET) Group in the Analytics Division focuses on applying machine learning, statistics, estimation, and information theory algorithms for target tracking, signals exploitation, and system resource management. The Role: As a Principal Program Manager (PM) in the SET group, we are looking for a leader who is passionate about problem solving and working on some of the hardest national security problems. The PM will lead a portfolio of research and development programs, specifically focused on delivering advanced algorithm and software solutions for the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense. This work includes managing all program phases, from marketing and business capture to all phases of contract execution. The PM will also work closely with Government customers, support organizations, and transition partners to ensure the success of each program. The PM will collaborate with business operations, security and IT functions to enable successful program execution. The PM will also likely collaborate across technology and solution divisions across the company to provide complete solutions to customer needs. A Principal Program Manager is accountable for the ultimate success of the product and is responsible for ensuring that what is developed and delivered to customers is operationally valuable. The Program Management role requires creativity and strong intellectual curiosity in applying new technologies to solve customer problems. Finally, as the Program Manager is a key role within the Intelligence Division, they will play an important part in a variety of additional functions including business strategy, business development, and growing the team.
