Stellar is seeking a sales support professional to work hands-on with our customers in the Northwest corner of the Pacific Northwest, in the Whatcom, Skagit and Snohomish counties. About The Position The Account Relationship Representative (ARR) supports the outside sales team in growing and maintaining customer relationships. This role works closely with customers, operations, product management, suppliers, and other members of the commercial team to drive sales, support account development, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ARR assists with both existing customer accounts and new business opportunities by providing hands-on support, problem-solving, and inventory program management. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Customer Support & Relationship Management • Serve as a key resource for assigned accounts, providing prompt and effective support. • Respond to customer issues, inquiries, and requests in a professional and timely manner. • Collaborate with the outside sales team to identify opportunities and meet/exceed monthly sales goals. Inventory & Program Management • Support and implement Stellar vendor-managed inventory (VMI) programs at customer sites. • Operate and maintain Stellar inventory systems (e.g., CribMaster, SupplyPro, AutoCrib, Hand-Held Bin Management). • Ensure accurate tracking, organization, labeling, and cleanliness of managed inventory. • Manage min/max product quantities and assist in cross-referencing products for VMI programs. • Identify unprofitable inventory and recommend adjustments to align with business objectives. Sales & Order Management • Enter and manage quotes and orders in the ERP system (Prophet 21) or through collaboration with Customer Service. • Research, prepare, and follow through on customer quotes using branch and company resources. • Generate add-on sales opportunities by recognizing and acting on customer needs. • Communicate directly with vendors and Product Management to meet customer requirements. Solutions & Collaboration • Leverage Stellar’s specialists, supplier resources, and internal teams to support customer accounts. • Serve as a liaison between customers, the commercial team, and the Solutions group to deliver effective results. Compliance & Safety • Follow all customer site guidelines, safety protocols, and emergency procedures. • Stay current on required training and certifications. Qualifications Position Requirements Education • High School Diploma or equivalent required Experience • 2-3 years of relevant sales or customer service experience • Experience with ERP systems (preferred) Skills & Abilities • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build trust at all levels, including executives • Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Confident presenting information to groups and customers • Valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, and reliable transportation Physical Demands • Light to moderate physical activity including frequent standing, walking, and repetitive use of arms and hands • Regular handling of light objects and hand tools Work Environment / Hazards • Exposure to marginal to moderate hazards, generally predictable and well protected against

The Vice President of Sales and Business Development – Northeast is responsible for directing and managing all sales and business operations in the Northeast territory, with a preferred central location near Pittsburgh, PA. Essential Duties And Responsibilities • Serve as a key member of the executive team shaping company strategy, ensuring regional sales objectives align with national business goals. • Partner with Senior V.P. of Sales and other leaders to develop significant opportunities within the Northeast service area. • Provide regular updates on regional performance, opportunities, challenges, and market conditions. • Lead business development initiatives consistent with Stellar’s long-term strategy. • Design and deploy an effective regional sales structure, roles, and resource allocation. • Build and manage high-performing regional sales team, meeting targets for revenue, margin, market share, and customer satisfaction. • Participate in Stellar Partner Review (SPRs) to maintain and deepen customer relationships. • Drive learning and development initiatives for the sales team, fostering talent growth and succession planning. • Set performance expectations and hold the sales organization accountable for results. • Oversee strategic account management, complex negotiations, and competitive pricing strategies. • Identify and prioritize target markets within the Northeast; develop actionable plans to capture them. • Monitor the competitive landscape and leverage market intelligence to drive positioning. • Represent Stellar at industry events, trade shows, and key networking opportunities.
