About the position: We are looking for an Engineering Manager who can balance both technical contributions (read: write code) and people management. In this role, you will partner closely with engineering leadership to drive the overall technical direction of the Beta Workflows team over our next phase of growth. You’ll get to work cross-functionally to support the launch of new products and features by building out the data architecture that informs and drives insights at Stellar. About the team: The Beta Workflows team works on unlocking and accelerating Stellar Health adoption in large Medical Groups. These Medical Groups have unique challenges - from deploying Stellar across multiple Office Locations, to addressing more enterprise level needs that speak not just to the Staff on the ground, but also to Leadership roles in these organizations. On this team, you’ll build and manage novel EHR integrated workflows. You will improve the Stellar Application to be more targeted to specific User Roles, and build features that target specific roles that are needed in these larger Medical Groups. Key highlights and technical challenges of this team: Directly contribute to the company bottom line by being directly responsible for improving the workflows of our largest Medical Groups. Own the build and delivery of software to our largest medical groups, covering more than 600k patients. Develop, discover and iterate on workflows that rely on writing data to EHRs. Improve our ability to manage large Patient Panels across multiple offices.
