Lead quality and safety initiatives, manage clinical data workflows, and develop reporting tools to support clinical oversight and improvement programs. | Experience in healthcare quality reporting, data management, and collaboration with clinical teams; strong communication skills; familiarity with tools like JIRA and Looker preferred. | The Program Manager, Quality & Safety will lead quality assurance, patient safety, and clinical performance improvement programs across the organization. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end execution of quality and safety initiatives while owning operational and data workflows supporting clinical oversight, chart reviews, clinician performance monitoring, and partner reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets, dashboards, and cross-functional stakeholders. This role will partner closely with Clinical Leadership, Compliance, Operations, and partner teams to ensure quality and safety standards are met, programs are executed efficiently, and reporting is accurate and actionable. Key Responsibilities Quality & Safety Program Management Lead end-to-end execution of quality and safety initiatives, including planning, stakeholder alignment, timelines, and reporting. Develop and maintain program plans for clinical audits, quality metrics, incident reporting, and risk mitigation efforts. Track progress, risks, and outcomes to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and with measurable impact. Data Management & Reporting Prepare monthly quality reports, dashboards, and partner-facing reporting deliverables. Generate clinician scorecards, chart review summaries, and tracking lists for clinicians under review. Support internal and external quality meetings by preparing materials, summaries, and performance reporting Chart Review Operations Identify, pull, and categorize charts for routine, priority, and focused chart reviews using established rubrics. Track and support chart review workflows for new and existing clinicians. Ensure timely completion of chart reviews and provide status updates to clinical leadership. Operational & Administrative Support Maintain accurate quality and clinician tracking documentation across systems (including JIRA or similar tools). Support onboarding workflows by ensuring clinician records, quality tracking, and supervision details are up to date. Assist with implementation calls and provide support related to clinical quality and NP supervision requirements. Tool Development & Process Improvement Support the development and implementation of tools to streamline quality reporting, chart review operations, and supervision tracking. Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve reporting efficiency. Partner with internal teams to enhance visibility and access to quality and supervision data. Cross-Functional & Partner Collaboration Work closely with clinical leadership and partner-facing teams to meet ongoing reporting needs and respond to ad-hoc requests. Ensure partner quality requirements are supported through accurate reporting and operational execution. Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical quality reporting and analysis, data management, or healthcare program management. Experience working in a healthcare environment with a focus on clinical quality, compliance, process or performance improvement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clinicians, leadership teams, and external partners. Proven ability to work cross-functionally, partnering with clinical leadership, operations, and IT teams. Experience working directly with external partners and stakeholders to meet contractual obligations and reporting requirements. Ability to manage complex projects, including the development and implementation of new processes or systems. Knowledge of patient safety, adverse event reporting, and strategies to improve clinical outcomes. Demonstrated ability to adapt to new systems and tools quickly. Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Experience with JIRA and Looker preferred. The Certified Medical Assistant will serve as a liaison between providers, partner programs, and patients, assisting with virtual care activities. They will respond to inbound requests and support patients with medication refills, test results, and education. | Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably in primary care, with at least 1 year in telehealth preferred. Reporting to the Medical Director of Clinical Operations, the Certified Medical Assistant will be a key team member of the collaborative care team. The CMA serves as a liaison between providers, partner programs, pharmacies, insurance plans, support staff, patients, and others. They respond to inbound requests and assist with virtual care activities such as medication refills, connecting patients with clinicians, communicating test results, and providing patient education and support. Duties & Responsibilities: Receives, triages, and responds to inbound requests from providers, partner programs, pharmacies, insurance plans, support staff, patients, and others via multiple channels including, but not limited to, inbound calls and electronic messages regarding patient care. Under the direction of a clinician, assists with virtual care activities such as gathering/documenting medical history, medication refills, test result communication, patient education, etc. Assists with referrals, pharmacy questions, patient portal administration, and authorization of services, equipment, and medications. Answers calls and routes all incoming correspondence to appropriate staff. Supports patients and team members with use of video visit technology and connecting patients with clinicians in a timely manner. Follow all privacy policies and maintain the confidentiality of protected health information. Some administrative and operations duties as assigned. Certified Medical Assistant Demonstrates awareness of medical/legal issues, patient rights and compliance of all relevant guidelines including HIPAA Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care and have the ability to assess data appropriate to the age-specific needs of the patients. 3-5 years’ experience as a Medical Assistant preferably in primary care. At least 1 year of experience in telehealth is preferred but not required. Managerial or lead CMA experience preferred but not required. Experience with electronic medical records systems.
