Create and manage engaging social media content, monitor and optimize influencer campaigns, track performance metrics, and foster creator community engagement. | At least one year experience in content creation or community management with strong social media skills, creator awareness, organizational abilities, communication skills, and a proactive team-oriented mindset. | Duties & Responsibilities • Brainstorm fresh content ideas to encourage our ideal creator profile to apply to Statusphere. • Create on-brand content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest. • Assist with scheduling and publishing social content using tools like Notion and Google Sheets. • Stay up-to-date on creator trends, editing styles, platform updates, and viral content formats. • Track post performance & assist with compiling monthly social reports. • Actively monitor and respond to DMs and comments across platforms to foster engagement and build relationships with creators. • Flag and track recurring questions, feedback, or issues from creators to help improve internal processes & provide the best creator experience. • Oversee and monitor monthly Statusphere influencer campaigns including campaign set-up and optimization for future campaigns. • Report on creator KPI's such as weekly applications, approval rates, referrals, and campaign performance to identify trends, optimize strategies, and drive improvement across social & community initiatives. • Assist with future community-building efforts like referral contests, giveaways, and creator recognition campaigns. • Help drive awareness of the platform by engaging with ideal creator profiles on all platforms. Requirements • Experienced in Content Creation or Community Management: At least one year of experience in a content creation and/or community management role, with a strong understanding of what drives engagement and growth. • Social Media Savvy: Highly skilled at using platforms like TikTok and Instagram, with strong editing abilities and a deep understanding of creator-focused tools. Actively stays ahead of trends, platform updates, and viral content formats. • Creator-Aware: Understands how creators operate, topics they find helpful/funny, and what makes content engaging to them. • Detail-Oriented & Organized: Strong ability to manage time, stay on top of deadlines, and ensure accuracy in content and communications. • Team Player: Comfortable working closely with team members and jumping in where needed. Willingness to learn and adapt to shifting priorities. • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to write clear, concise captions and messages. Comfortable communicating with creators and internal team members. • Proactive & Reliable: Shows initiative in completing tasks and follows through on responsibilities with minimal oversight.
