You’ll get to: Develop a demand forecast for use as a driver of the ERP system Develop a forecast by part number including: Review and analysis of sales history by part and by customer Select an appropriate forecasting method for each part Ensure the data is translated into an appropriate production plan Maintain the part number forecast in the ERP system Understand macro-economic influences, specific industry trends as well as customer supply chains to build the demand forecast Coordinate with Sales and Marketing and Customer Service as well as with other internal customers Present and review forecast with both the Commercial, Finance & Operations teams The Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You also have: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Supply Chain or Engineering (or related discipline) Minimum 5 years’ experience in a demand management/forecasting role Working knowledge of ERP software packages – JDE and SAP IBP knowledge a plus Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel and PowerPoint and Power BI required Strong communication, both verbal and written Strong analytical skills and results focus Cross-functional problem solving Business process implementation and maintenance Results driven Analytical approach to issue identification and resolution.
