Documenting and optimizing business processes, ensuring smooth transitions, and supporting training and stakeholder communication. | 5+ years in business process documentation, experience with finance processes/tools, strong analytical and communication skills, bachelor's degree in related field. | Business Process Analyst Finance Planning and Forecasting (Remote) We are looking for a Business Process Analyst for a large, global B2B high-tech company. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process changes that are now in effect are documented, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations. This is a 3-month contract (Extension possible), 40 hours per week, remote role in the US. This is a W2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions. Health benefits and 401K are offered. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process changes that are now in effect are documented, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations. • Where gaps exist, create or modify process documentation, administrator guides and workflow diagrams. • Communicate with shareholders and stakeholders to collate inputs and ensure alignment on documented processes. • Monitor process audits and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process changes, gathering feedback and making necessary adjustments. • Support the Training Team with alignment of training materials to documented processes • Facilitate knowledge transfer across Key Stakeholder groups Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in business process documentation • Experience with Finance Planning and Forecasting processes/tools preferred • Familiarity with process mapping and modelling techniques. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, study, and interpret complex data. • Ability to manage and perform multiple complex tasks with minimal supervision • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate process changes and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, business administration, management, or a related field. This role is responsible for creating software installation packages for SCCM, with emphasis on Bentley products (10 years’ experience), using approved tools and processes. This long-term contract is funded through 6/30/2026 (extensions possible), a 40-hour per week, remote role in Lycoming County. Occasional attendance at various meetings, conferences, and training sessions, as well as overnight travel, may be required. This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Responsibilities: Software Packaging and Deployment • Create software installation packages for SCCM (10 years’ experience), with emphasis on Bentley products (10 years’ experience), using approved tools and processes. • Download and prepare vendor software for packaging. • Perform test installations of out-of-the-box (OOB) software. • Determine the appropriate installation method (e.g., batch or PowerShell scripting). • Develop installation scripts using established standards and best practices. • Test and validate completed packages. • Deliver finalized packages to the SCCM team for Software Center testing. Testing Coordination and Support • Coordinate with technical leads, business users, and project managers during the testing of software packages. • Work closely with testers to refine and improve the end-user experience. Technical Troubleshooting and Support • Manage and update Active Directory groups relevant to CADD Support. • Research and recommend hardware for purchase when required. CADD Application and Plotting Support • Develop and support plotting solutions across various CADD applications. • Update and distribute workspace resources for OpenRoads Designer, OpenBridge Designer, and MicroStation within ProjectWise and district servers (all 5 years’ experience). • Package PennDOT Workspace for posting to public-facing CADD Resources website. • Guide business partners on implementing PennDOT workspace resources within their environments. ProjectWise Administration • Support four ProjectWise environments, each consisting of three Windows servers. • Maintain SQL databases associated with ProjectWise datasources • Manage project creation and access control. • Develop and implement new ProjectWise features (e.g., workflows, states). • Test and deploy ProjectWise product upgrades. Collaborate with Digital Delivery • Establish methods for onboarding Business Partners to use ProjectWise • Administer Business Partner access and permissions • Collaborate with Security, Server, and SQL teams to make ProjectWise available to external Business Partners.
