Upload invoices to client portals, audit billing and related financial data in Excel, identify inconsistencies, and communicate with clients and internal teams. | Requires billing experience, strong Excel skills, attention to detail, organization, analytical ability, communication, and a bachelor’s degree; auditing experience is highly preferred. | Billing Operations Specialist – Austin, TX Superior Skilled Trades (SST) is looking for a motivated individual to join our team in Austin, TX as our Billing Operations Specialist. Work closely with internal team members and clients to assist with billing, auditing, and payroll admin needs. Location: Austin, TX (onsite) Pay Range: $80,000-85,000/yr Hours: M-F, 8:00 – 4:30 Benefits: Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401k with employer match, and paid time off Qualifications A degree in operations, finance, or accounting preferred Demonstrated billing experience required Must be highly knowledgeable in Excel including formulas that assist in auditing functions Auditing experience highly preferred Have an analytical mindset to ensure accuracy Solid communication skills Must have high attention to detail and great organizational skills Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods Key Responsibilities Upload invoices into client portals Handle sensitive financial details Work diligently in Excel with large (and multiple) sets of data to audit pay rates, billing, per diem payments, etc. Ensure accuracy and spot inconsistencies during data review Communicate with clients and internal staff Assist with other departments as needed Why Join SST?
