Responsibilities The following duties are typical of the position, but are not all encompassing. Responsibilities include those required to deliver quality service on schedule and within budget in a team environment. • Coaches, directs, coordinates, facilitates and supervises section personnel including system administrators, support staff, and implementation team members. This includes all employment and employee relations activities. • Oversees the end-to-end configuration, and optimization of Deltek Vantagepoint ERP system, ensuring alignment with organizational business processes and strategic objectives across all modules including Accounting, CRM, Project Management, Resource Management, and Vantagepoint Payments. • Manages system setup and activation tasks including user account creation, role-based security configuration, fiscal year setup, multi-currency management, and organizational structure configuration to ensure proper system functionality and data integrity. • Ensures data migration, integration, and system conversions are executed accurately, including transfers from legacy systems (e.g., Deltek Vision), while maintaining data integrity, minimizing downtime, and implementing data cleanup and optimization procedures. • Develops and implements comprehensive training programs for end-users across all departments, ensuring proficiency in system functionality, workflow automation, and best practices. Collaborates with the Training and Development Department to create training materials and facilitate user adoption. • Establishes and maintains system security protocols, including role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication, password policies, audit trail monitoring, and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., DCAA compliance for government contractors). • Coordinates with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, HR, and Project Management to understand ERP requirements, implement system enhancements, develop custom workflows, and ensure seamless integration with other business applications (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, QuickBooks Online, Delteki ntegrations). • Monitors system performance, conducts readiness assessments, manages system updates and upgrades, and troubleshoots technical issues to ensure optimal system availability and functionality. • Acts as primary liaison with Deltek support and external consultants. • Develops and deploys custom reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide real-time insights into firm performance, project health, resource utilization, financial metrics, and operational efficiency using Deltek Dela AI capabilities. • Manages system change control processes, tests new features and configurations, and implements improvements to enhance automation, reduce operational costs, and increase project efficiency and profitability. • Oversees project management and resource planning functionality within Vantagepoint, ensuring proper configuration of project scheduling, budgeting, time tracking, expense management, billing, and invoicing workflows. • Identifies system utilization gaps, optimization opportunities, and areas for process improvement. Develops and implements strategies to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets including increased project visibility and improved cash flow. • Responsible for section employee relations activities with the assistance of the Human Resources Department. • Job may require use of AI or similar digital technology including Deltek Dela to perform the job function. Note: This position is a permanent full-time remote role for US shifts, specifically from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST. Qualifications What You Will Bring: • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. • Minimum of ten (10) to twelve (12) years related experience in enterprise software administration and implementation. • Deltek VantagePoint exprienced is required. • Knowledge / Experience full lifecycle ERP ownership: configuration, optimization, upgrades, change control, support operations. • Ability to define and standardize firm-wide business processes and translate them into ERP configuration and governance. • Strong understanding of project accounting / professional services operations /resource planning and project health metrics • General exprience related to this management position such as ERP security administration / reporting & analytics / integrations & data management / change control / release management / demonstrated experience supporting environments with compliance requirements. • Excellent english communication and coordination skills. Professional knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), as well as working knowledge of the International Building Code, International Fire Code, and NFPA guidelines. PE (Professional Engineer’s) License with the ability to become registered in additional states is required. At least 12 years of experience in electrical engineering facilities design. Experience in data center facilities design is required. Experience with DC (direct current) distribution systems at 400VDC (400 volts direct current), 800VDC, or 1500VDC is required. Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations, including NEC and IEC standards. Strong knowledge of electrical design, power distribution systems, and backup power systems. Experience working with Revit. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proven track record in client relationship management. Valid driver’s license.
