What You Will Get To Do: • Assume responsibility over the daily Position/ Transaction and Cash reconciliations of multiple accounts to Custodians/Clients & Agent banks. • Work closely with the Client, internal teams, and custodians/agents to ensure timely resolution of breaks and issues and mitigate risk for our clients. • Oversee a team of analysts and build strong reconciliations processes and procedures. Ensure team adheres to best business practices of the firm. • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs to track trends and workflow issues. • Review root cause analysis to make recommendations to improve processes, create efficiencies and mitigate risk.
