Maintains a secure and safe cash room, managing limited access to only approved personnel by the GM of the location. Issue and check-in banks, ensuring sufficient paperwork and daily closing sheets are turned in. Manage cash pick-ups, change orders, counting of daily receipts, pulling/closing banks, and resolving discrepancies. Contact vendors to reconcile invoice discrepancies, shortages, over shipments or to arrange for emergency shipments or requisitions. Ensures all HQ reporting and daily cash office operations are overseen and met by Cash Manager and office team. Responsible for supporting all major reporting including, but not limited to the Gross Sales Report, OFR, Trial Balance Reports, and Sales by Stand. Support implementation of operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission, business needs, client & SSA expectations. Perform the steps of SSA EXTRA Guest Service to ensure a memorable experience for every employee, guest and client. Works quickly and efficiently to reconcile any discrepancies or questions regarding reports and/or balances. In the absence of the Unit Controller and in times of need, assists the business in the performance of its duties. Provides branch administrative support in the form of answering telephones and word processing. Supports onsite Management team in all administrative duties: training programs, progressive documentation, uniform inventory, and unit communication as necessary.
