You will join the Identity & Access Management (IAM) team, where we architect the mission-critical authentication, authorization, and account security frameworks that safeguard millions of users worldwide. We own the systems powering sign-in, sign-up, account recovery, multi-factor authentication, passkeys, OAuth, and identity verification. You'll Get To... Work with a wide range of systems, processes, and technologies to own and solve problems across all business units. Build elegant user experiences that enable Squarespace teams to easily add authentication, authorizations and security features to products and services. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization such as product, design, infrastructure, platform, data, security and legal. Help define frontend architecture, engineering standards, testing strategies, and developer experience.
