Design and secure network infrastructures for electricity market management and grid software platforms. | Expertise in utility OT/IT network architecture, cybersecurity frameworks, high-availability designs, regulatory compliance, and energy market operations. | Architect - Network & Security Markets Services We are seeking an experienced Network & Security Architect to support our Electricity Market Management Systems (MMS) and associated Grid Software (GSW) platforms. The Architect will design, implement, secure, and optimize network infrastructures that enable stable, scalable, and cyber-secure operation of market clearing, bidding, settlement, forecasting, and real-time grid-operations applications. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in utility OT/IT network architecture, cybersecurity frameworks, high-availability designs, and regulatory security compliance, with strong exposure to energy markets, ISO/RTO operations, and mission-critical power systems
Manage and coordinate multiple IT projects through full lifecycle using established PMO standards. | Minimum 5 years project management experience, PMP certification preferred, knowledge of ServiceNow, SAP, and ITIL/ITSM beneficial. | • Manages and coordinates the activities of internal and/or external staff involved in multiple IT projects of varying complexity. • Develops and maintains project plans and other artifacts as required using PTC or other established project management standards, procedures, templates, and methodologies. • Coordinates with business owners and other analysts to define and refine the project scope. • Performs project management duties through the entire project lifecycle, including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing. • Conducts lessons learned sessions during and after projects to identify recommendations for improvement. • Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients. • Adheres to the PTC PMO Playbook and referenced artifacts. Desired Skillset The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years of expertise in project/project management of projects of various size and subject matter, including but not limited to integration, scope, schedule, cost, communication, vendor, and risk planning and management. Additional beneficial skills include: • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, • ServiceNow Experience in Idea, Project, and Demand modules • Enterprise Business Solutions, specifically SAP projects • ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies
