Job Description Sprinklr is seeking a dynamic and people‑centric Manager / Senior Manager of Solution Consulting to lead a regional team of Solutions Consultants (SCs). This role focuses on developing talent, supporting strategic opportunities, ensuring high‑quality customer engagements, and partnering cross‑functionally to deliver customer value. As a Manager/Senior Manager, you will coach SCs in their day‑to‑day activities, support key deals, and ensure that the team is equipped with the right skills, messaging, and technical depth to represent the Sprinklr Unified‑CXM platform. Act as a solutions sponsor for select accounts when additional executive presence is needed. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner with the Director of Solution Consulting to drive regional GTM strategy and operational excellence. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and solution strategies. Provide structured feedback to product managers and engineering teams based on field learnings, customer requirements, and competitive insights. Participate in product interlock processes to support product roadmap discussions and feature prioritization. Operational Excellence & Enablement Support team readiness by organizing training sessions, sharing best practices, and developing reusable assets. Help improve SC processes, playbooks, and methodologies to drive consistency and impact. Contribute to SC onboarding and enablement programs, ensuring a strong, efficient experience for new hires. Initiate and support projects that enhance the SC organization’s capabilities, tools, or workflows. Thought Leadership & Market Awareness Maintain awareness of emerging trends in AI, conversational technologies, unified customer experience management, and social, marketing, and service technologies. Coach SCs on how to translate these trends into customer‑relevant insights and solution narratives. Represent the SC team at internal sessions, regional events, and customer workshops as needed. Required Skills & Experience 6–10+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a similar presales role in an enterprise software environment. 2–5+ years of people management experience (team lead, supervisor, or manager level). Strong track record of supporting enterprise deals and delivering value‑driven customer engagements. Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to mentor and develop technical talent. Experience with complex system design, enterprise architecture fundamentals, and integrations. Familiarity with AI concepts, data architecture, APIs, and modern SaaS platform technologies. Job Description Candidates based in the eastern time zone preferred** This Senior Manager position within the Sprinklr Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) & Customer Trust team, reports to the Sr. Director, of GRC & Customer Trust. The role is responsible for leading and maturing the programs that protect customer confidence, ensure security/compliance transparency, and manage third‑party/vendor risks across the enterprise. This role unifies customer assurance, audit & compliance response, vendor due diligence, and cross‑functional risk alignment to strengthen the organization’s trust posture. As this is a global organization, the Senior Manager may be asked to attend meetings or respond to requests outside of normal respective office hours. General Responsibilities: Oversee execution of customer security audits, RFPs, questionnaires, and evidence gathering using standardized and scalable processes. Manage customer‑facing security engagements, including executive briefings, escalations, pre‑sales/post‑sales assessments, and security presentations. Manage and perform detailed reviews of commercial contracts, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, and security addendums to ensure all required security, privacy, confidentiality, and risk‑mitigation clauses are accurately represented and enforceable. Oversee vendor risk assessments for critical vendors and sub‑processors, mapping controls to frameworks (ISO, SOC, GDPR, etc.). Oversee vendor‑submitted agreements to ensure alignment with internal security standards, including right‑to‑audit, data handling, breach notification, sub‑processor restrictions, encryption requirements, and termination rights. Partner with Legal, Procurement, Privacy, and Product teams to negotiate and refine security terms, ensuring Sprinklr’s risk exposure is minimized, and contractual protections adhere to compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR). Provide expert security input during contract‑negotiation cycles, leveraging experience captured in internal VRM workflows such as commercial contract reviews within the procurement tool and ensuring necessary clauses are included before closure. Build strong partnerships with executive‑level stakeholders, ensuring the team is positioned as a trusted advisor in customer assurance and vendor‑risk discussions. Maintain and evolve Customer Trust documentation, contracts guidance, knowledge base materials, and security collateral. People Management Responsibilities: Manage a geographically distributed team across regions (e.g., US, EMEA, APAC), providing clear expectations, alignment, and consistent communication for distributed staff Lead, mentor, and develop team members across Customer Trust, Vendor Risk Management, and GRC, ensuring high‑caliber deliverables and operational excellence. Mature Trust dashboards, metrics, KPIs, and board‑level reporting for customer trust and vendor risk posture. Qualifications: A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a technical/security field or a non-technical degree with combination of Customer Trust and GRC related work experience; At least 8-12+ years of experience in Customer Trust, GRC, Assurance, Security Compliance, Vendor Risk, or related leadership roles. At least 5+ years of experience managing people, projects and operational tasks. Strong communication and stakeholder negotiation skills; ability to simplify complex risk topics. Expertise in RFP handling, customer audit coordination, and security narrative building. Vendor risk domain knowledge: cloud risk, operational resilience, privacy, and regulatory exposure. Analytical rigor, understanding risk, and evidence‑backed decision‑making. Lead scheduling, internal alignment, preparation, and follow-ups for all analyst briefings, inquiries, and advisory sessions. Support the planning and execution of Sprinklr’s 2025 Analyst Summit, with specific responsibility for showcasing the core product lines.
