The Role We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Associate who’s hungry, creative, and relentless - someone who wants to own content, drive engagement, and help make Splash a dominant force in Sports. You’ll sit at the intersection of social, community, and growth, running point on how Splash shows up across platforms and converts fans into players. This isn’t a “post-and-log-off” gig. We want someone who lives online, thrives on moving fast, and knows how to turn sports moments into brand growth. What You'll Do Own and operate Splash’s social channels (Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, etc.), posting daily content, growing followers, and driving real conversions. Create and edit content - videos, graphics, memes, and highlight reels that stop thumbs and get shared. Build and manage our Discord community, turning it into the go-to hub for Splash players. Jump on live sports moments (games, trades, breaking news) to keep Splash at the center of the conversation. Convert social and community engagement into active Splash users with smart promos, CTAs, and funnel tactics. Partner with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to launch campaigns and amplify feedback. Experiment relentlessly - test new platforms, formats, and strategies, then scale what works. Keep our brand voice consistent: confident, approachable, and community-first. What You'll Bring 2–3+ years of experience managing social, content, or community for a brand (sports/gaming a plus). Proven ability to grow and engage an audience - ideally with examples of accounts or communities you’ve built. Hands-on with Discord or similar community tools - you know how to spark conversation, moderate, and scale. Strong content creation skills (video editing, graphics, copywriting). Comfortable working nights/weekends during live sports. Experience with AI marketing tools Experience using Braze (preferred) A builder’s mindset - you’re proactive, resourceful, and thrive without a big team holding your hand. | We are looking for a Robotics Software Engineer to advance the autonomy and intelligence of our USV systems. This role focuses on developing and optimizing path planning algorithms, managing edge compute environments, and ensuring software deployability in dynamic, real-world maritime conditions. The ideal candidate combines a strong background in mathematical frameworks for path planning with hands-on experience in embedded Linux systems and multi-sensor integration. Key Responsibilities Research, design, and implement advanced path planning algorithms tailored to USV operations. Manage edge compute resources to deliver reliable, real-time decision-making in resource-constrained environments. Build robust software deployment pipelines to ensure repeatable and efficient updates to vehicles operating in the field. Integrate and optimize feedback from heterogeneous sensor suites, enabling precise navigation and adaptive autonomy. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams (hardware, perception, controls) to deliver end-to-end autonomy solutions. Contribute to testing, validation, and refinement of planning algorithms in simulation and live maritime environments. Requirements Strong experience with mathematical path planning frameworks (Graph, APF, or equivalent). Hands-on background in Linux system development, with preferred experience in Yocto-based environments. Proven experience with multi-sensor data integration and feedback-driven control. Solid understanding of deploying and managing software in edge compute environments. Proficiency in modern programming languages used in robotics (C++, Python, etc.). Preferred Experience Exposure to NVIDIA Holoscan for sensor processing and real-time compute acceleration. Experience in robotics for marine or USV applications. Familiarity with distributed software deployment and testing frameworks for embedded systems.
