Oversee and improve onsite manufacturing processes ensuring food safety, quality, and productivity while collaborating with contract manufacturers and internal teams. | Minimum 3 years quality and operations food experience in CPG industry, ability to work independently, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work in entrepreneurial environment with up to 60% travel. | The Manufacturing Site Supervisor will be responsible and accountable for executing and helping to improve onsite manufacturing of product to the highest levels of food safety, quality, and productivity. Work onsite and remotely with contract manufacturers to ensure products are made in accordance to specifications and with established protocols with regard to raw material, product, manufacturing techniques, and packaging. Certify that Manufacturing Instructions and Product Manuals are adhered to during production while still applying experience and judgement to make the best possible product. Conduct critical observation of raw materials, packaging, and products used during manufacturing to identify and resolve issues as well as drive opportunities for improvement. Collect and analyze data gathered during production to help drive meaningful improvements to Key Performance Indicators. Work with co-manufacturers, contracted engineers, and internal customers to help commission Spindrift specific capital projects. Assist with transitioning products from the R&D environment to full scale production. Stay current on industry developments relative to processing, equipment, and packaging innovation while identifying potential applications for Spindrift. Help lead continuous improvement activities. Available for travel up to 60% Minimum of 3 years quality and operations food experience (beverage preferred) within CPG industry Comfortable operating within a plant environment. The Sensory Analyst Role The Sensory Analyst will be responsible and accountable for leading sensory evaluations across the company’s beverage portfolio, maintaining the retain library, recruiting and training internal sensory panelists and collecting, synthesizing and archiving data as it relates to sensory evaluations. Responsibilities include: Responsibilities Independently managing the Spindrift sensory program by overseeing onboarding and training of panelists, product retain tastings onsite, raw material evaluations, and standard production retains Managing the Product Retain Library to ensure it is neatly organized at all times, including maintaining an orderly process of receiving/processing product retains into the library upon arrival and the disposal/removal of out-of-date code samples Being accountable for sensory program documentation and reporting, including Quality System sensory data management Development and management of co-packer onsite sensory training, including, but not limited to; training of key personnel on site at all existing and future co-packer locations in sensory aspects of Spindrift raw materials and finished product Collaborating with various teams within operations on the following activities: finished product releases as needed, including review of finished micro reports and sensory evaluations, production holds as needed, including performing sensory evaluations on finished product and communicating results to relevant parties, onboarding and qualification of new suppliers, including performing required sensory evaluation of raw materials to determine acceptability for use, mock recalls internally and with suppliers/co-packers as required, and Spindrift ventures initiatives, including but not limited to overseeing raw material sensory evaluations, and packaging views Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry or related science field A minimum of 1-3 years of food safety experience, with experience in HACCP, GMP, USDA, or FDA preferred. A minimum of 1-year of sensory panel management in the beverage industry. A minimum of 2-5 years of sensory panel experience in food/beverage industry. The Key Account Manager, Retail.com will report to the VP, of Ecommerce and will be responsible for performance on Walmart.com, Target.com, Instacart, among other large retailer accounts. The Key Account Manager will work to secure & grow partnerships in the ecommerce channel landscape and collaborate across departments to help chart our next level of growth as a modern beverage company. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage category / brand specific P&L for ecommerce accounts and deliver profitable, sustainable growth. Must meet retailer’s top & bottom-line objectives as established by Spindrift. Build, develop and execute the annual sales plans, GTMs, and budgets with weekly performance reviews against objectives. Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop, manage, and execute promotional and advertising programs through retail media networks. Build out key campaign strategies determining the most efficient means of spending funds to meet internal KPI’s as well as meeting customer expectations. Leverage data, information systems, and metrics around financial, brand, and shopper trends to maximize market share, sales, average order value, conversion and profitability. Develop timely and accurate volume and financial forecasts. Experience and skills Minimum of 5+ years of direct / hands-on experience with ecommerce managing brands in a 1P environment Minimum 7+ years of direct and hands-on experience in sales and/or channel marketing with consumer goods. Minimum of 2+ years of Retail media and digital advertising History of setting and delivering an accelerated growth agenda.
