Hybrid, 3 days in office Job Summary Plans and manages projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements. Coordinates project resources, contract management, and progress reporting while leading troubleshooting efforts to address issues and ensure successful outcomes. Monitors overall project performance, evaluates risks and results, and recommends adjustments to schedules, costs, and/or resources to ensure safety, quality, on-time delivery, financial performance, and customer satisfaction meet or exceed expectations as required. Responsibilities •    Road occupancy permits: Preparing, submitting, recording and producing reports for each respective municipality, both remote or in person as required by the individual municipality.  •    Inventory: Maintaining local inventory reports. Assisting in inventory counts, reordering equipment.  •    Subcontractor Work Data Verification: Organizing, filing, and data entry. Verification of crew data entry to field reports. Reconciliation of invoices and recorded to data.
