The opportunity The Knowledge Management Consultant explores solutions to give staff members access to accurate information in the best medium possible. The Virtual Communications Assistant will support Duet staff with daily tasks and will serve Duet by monitoring the general info email inbox and phone line appropriately. This includes forwarding messages to the appropriate person in the organization in a timely fashion. The Virtual Communications Assistant will also work with their supervisor to identify a communications-related special project each term that aligns with their long-term career goals. Job Responsibilities: Student will monitor the Duet email inbox for incoming e-mails/voicemails. Students will listen to new voicemails and route the message to the appropriate team by forwarding the message via email with details of the call. Student will forward all general question emails to appropriate team.
