Oversee enterprise IT solutions and manage the IT operations team. | Requires 5+ years in IT infrastructure and 3+ years in a management role, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. | Sound Credit Union is currently seeking an IT Operations Manager to join our team! Your Compensation:Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered and provide room for growth over time. The target salary range for this position is $119,600 - $149,500, depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $119,600 - $179,400. What You'll Do: Responsibilities: • Oversee the strategic planning, procurement, implementation, protocols, and management of enterprise-level Information Technology solutions. • Manage team members within the IT Operations department. Requirements: • 5+ years of infrastructure experience including networking, servers, virtualization, endpoint management, cloud implementation and enterprise applications required. • 3+ years experience in a management role or demonstrated experience in a leadership position required. • High School Diploma or equivalent required. • A bachelor's degree in information technology, a similar field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. In addition: • Must be bondable. • Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available. Our Hours: A hybrid schedule Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM.
