This position serves as the community’s support resource for handling and managing questions/inquiries from residents and their families related to services, billing or solving concerns. Support provided as well as our own employees with benefits, orientation and may perform recruiting and interviewing assistance as well. Business Office Coordinator Responsibilities Include • Assists with implementation and assures all employees are following Company policies and procedures, and assist administering, coordinating, and directing all activities in accordance with the policies and procedures, benefit enrollment, orientation, and general HR responsibilities and compliance. • Ensures compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations (i.e., HIPAA, State Regulations, OSHA, and infection control protocols, etc.) • Assures accurate completion of admissions forms, contracts, etc. • Tracks state requirements as indicated for training, certifications and licensure, and maintains records required by licensing agencies. If appropriate, be thoroughly familiar with the financial terms of any Medicaid waiver or other government payor program in which the Company participates. • Offers support by fielding staff, resident and family complaints/concerns, executing policy and procedure, and assisting with lease signings. Qualifications • High School Diploma required, Associate preferred in the area of Accounting or Finance or a related field and one year of experience with business office functions; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • One (1) to Two (2) years’ experience working in an office setting

Job Description: The Regional Clinical Manager (Registered Nurse) acts as the primary clinical resource person to the communities in their assigned territory. This position provides information, instruction and direction for the community leadership team and regional managers to support the best possible level of care to residents consistent with nursing standards, compliance with Sonida Senior Living guidelines and all regulatory agencies. This position also provides accurate, timely advice, consultation on risk management issues, quality indicators and regulatory matters. • This role will support the Ohio and Michigan markets. Reports any regulatory concerns, risk issues, non-compliance with Sonida Senior Living policies and care concerns to the QCD timely. • The position is based in Ohio and works with assigned communities which may be located in other states. • Maintain a nursing licensed in their home state in good stead. Any changes to the nursing license, including limitation or sanctions, must be reported timely to the QCD. • Review quality indicator data for assigned communities and use nursing judgement to identify trends, risk issues and regulatory issues. Develop action plan with the community based on their findings. • Conducts final round interviews on Wellness Director candidates and provide feedback to the Executive Director and regional operations manager. • Conduct QA audits and work with CLT’s to develop plans of correction and monitor progress. • Support Wellness Directors in their roles. This is done by mentoring new Wellness Directors, providing feedback as needed, provide education and direction as needed. Assist with communities that are without a Wellness Director as needed. This may include identifying a Wellness Director from another community to assist, evaluate the vacant positions department for needs before new Wellness Director is hired. • Reviews incident reports for their communities to identify regulatory issues, non-compliance with Sonida Senior Living policies, or risk issues. Works with legal team, community leadership and regional operations to develop plans of corrections as needed. • Produce work product following the QA Committee guidelines. Reports are to be submitted for review to the QCD prior to the submission to the QA Committee. • Assist communities with all state regulatory compliance. This includes identifying lapses in compliance and self-reporting as required by state regulation. Assist the community, regional operations and legal with the plans of correction and monitoring of compliance. • Visit assigned communities to review, monitor and audit the quality of nurse care provided to residents. • Implements standards of nursing practice, reviews and revises as necessary to reflect changes in nursing practice and resident population. • Plan and schedule travel with the QCD and Regional Operations teams. • Supports and maintains a culture of safety and quality. • Collaborate with Regional Operations Managers to provide quality services to their shared communities. • Traveling 50% of the time. Requirements: • RN License is required. • Experience as a Wellness Director in assisted living is required. Experience in other leadership roles in senior living may be considered.
