A SOC analyst’s main objective is to identify, investigate, and escalate alerts and events to safeguard sensitive information from unauthorized access or harm caused by cybercriminals or malicious insiders. SOC Analysts monitor an organization’s infrastructure to identify potential threats, review events within the security stack, pinpoint vulnerabilities, and escalating incidents, and advise or deploy mitigation tactics. Responsibilities: Provide security monitoring and incident response of cyber security events. Monitor and analyze logs and alerts to identify actionable security incidents. Provide proactive “threat hunting” to detect incidents. Provide Incident Response support when analysis confirms actionable incident. Respond to SOC cyber security tickets sent or replied to by partners. Investigate, document, and report on SOC tickets to ensure timeliness, uniformity, and compliance with documented processes and procedures. Escalate issues or tickets as necessary by following documented procedures or verbally relayed communication. We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to help expand and optimize our Salesforce platform across Sales, Marketing, and Support teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a cross-functional environment, enjoys architecting scalable solutions, and is excited to drive the adoption of Salesforce AI features and automation. The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce development skills with a keen interest in understanding business processes and delivering impactful solutions. This role will play a critical part in launching and supporting our new Salesforce Platform, Data Cloud, and Agentforce capabilities, enabling productivity improvements and data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions using Apex Triggers, Classes, Controllers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flow. Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware/iPaaS, and custom web services. Evaluate and implement Salesforce AI capabilities such as Agentforce, Flow Orchestration, and Next Best Action. Develop custom integrations with third-party security tools, CRM extensions, and risk management systems. Partner with Marketing and Sales Operations to automate lead management, campaign tracking, and analytics. Build predictive workflows and ML-supported automations to improve user efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, Support, and Business Operations to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Work closely with Salesforce Admins on configuration, security, and org-wide changes. Support data model design, data integrity, and complex data migrations. Maintain platform security best practices, including user permissions and field-level security. Apply sound judgment on trade-offs with technology and feasibility to deliver solutions aligned with project constraints. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and best practices to junior developers and administrators. Manage the Salesforce release cycle; test, validate, and deploy changes using CI/CD practices. Perform regular system health checks and troubleshoot issues proactively. Qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in complex environments. Proven expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow Builder, and API integration. Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and governor limits. Background working in Agile/Scrum environments. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce deployment automation frameworks. One or more current Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer, Sales/Service Cloud, Advanced Administrator) preferred.
