What you will do: • Answer incoming sales calls and respond to group emails • Responsible for complete order management, including expediting and communication with the customer, vendors, and internal support staff (purchasing, PLS, sales team, etc.) • Sales order entry and purchasing of customer requirements for tools and safety • Report lost sales via UET • Write credits in a timely manner • Attend product and training sessions • Organize and maintain tools and safety product catalog library • Participate in customer safety and selling events (occasionally on weekends) • Develop superior product knowledge and assist customers with product application and solutions • Represent OneSource and our 10 Principles while working with customers, vendors, and co-workers What you will bring: • Electrical, Contractor and/or distribution experience preferred, but not required • High School diploma or G.E.D.; or • 1 - 3 years of related experience and/or training; or • Equivalent combination of education and experience Location: This role is on-site at our Fullerton branch Work hours: 7:00am – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (may need to adjust on customer service as needed) Salary Range: • This is a non-exempt position and pays between $26.59 -$35.47 per hour. This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, within California. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
