Advanced Planning & Analytics Develop and maintain advanced planning tools and models to support scenario analysis and decision-making. Escalation & Issue Resolution Manage the escalation of supply planning issues, including supplier delays, engineering changes, and schedule conflicts. Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements: 8–10 years of experience in supply planning, procurement, or operations, including leadership of multi-level teams. Strong proficiency in ERP systems, planning tools, and data analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI, Python). Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and driving operational improvements. Deep understanding of utility-scale PV, BESS, and HV project supply chains.
