Generate new business pipelines and expand existing business through multi-channel communication and sales activities. | Proven ability to meet sales targets, strong communication and prospecting skills, and experience with CRM tools. | Overview The Business Development Manager (BDM) is a proactive hunter responsible for generating new business pipelines and expanding established business for Soliant from our Norcross, GA office. This role requires strong multi-channel communication to drive growth across both new and existing markets. Once new contracts are executed or existing business is expanded, the client transitions to the appropriate Account Manager for ongoing support. BDM involvement becomes minimal, with limited to periodic check-ins, surveys, referrals, and relationship touches as needed. This role is the front driver in all business acquisitions. Key Responsibilities • Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity and business development targets. • Grow both new and established business, identifying opportunities within existing markets and untapped regions. • Partner with internal brands and teams to strategically align sales efforts, share market insights, and maximize revenue opportunities. • Source new sales opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, LinkedIn/social selling, and other prospecting techniques. • Navigate gatekeepers by using effective objection-handling and investigative questioning to connect with true decision-makers. • Communicate value propositions clearly and confidently to prospective and current clients. • Qualify leads through in-depth conversations to assess challenges, needs, and alignment with Soliant’s solutions. • Schedule and conduct virtual presentations for qualified prospects outlining Soliant’s programs and capabilities. • Track and manage activity—including leads, meetings, and opportunities—within the designated CRM. • Develop subject-matter expertise in Soliant’s full suite of staffing and technology offerings. • Exemplify a professional, entrepreneurial mindset consistent with Soliant’s core values and culture.
Conduct virtual psychological evaluations, counseling, and consultations with educational teams while documenting services and participating in IEP meetings. | Master's in school psychology, Nevada licensure, 2+ years educational psychological experience, proficiency with telehealth and educational software, and strong remote communication skills. | Key Responsibilities • Administer comprehensive psychological evaluations through secure virtual assessment platforms • Develop evidence-based intervention strategies addressing academic, behavioral, and emotional concerns • Conduct virtual counseling sessions for students requiring ongoing psychological support • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams via digital communication channels • Provide consultation services to teachers and administrators on student mental health matters • Document psychological services and maintain detailed progress monitoring records • Participate in virtual IEP meetings and contribute professional psychological expertise Required Credentials • Master's degree in School Psychology from NASP-approved program • Valid Nevada school psychologist licensure • Minimum two years of experience in educational psychological services • Demonstrated proficiency in virtual assessment and intervention techniques • Strong technology skills including telehealth platforms and educational software • Excellent communication abilities for remote professional collaboration Compensation for this position ranges from $40.86 to $60.86.
